CONCRETE: GREATER RESISTANCE FOR YOUR SAFETY

Ultra High Performance CONCRETE

The shelters or bunkers are a shell of hydraulic concrete and reinforcing steel of different diameters, and although the volumes of concrete per shelter unit MX30 or MX70 are a few tens of cubic meters, the concrete creates walls of significant thickness, far above what we see in ordinary construction. Our concrete ranges from Conventional Concrete, from High Resistance to Ultra High Performance Concrete, with resistance values equal to or greater than 100 MPa (1000 kgf/cm2), according to the requested CBRNE risk design.

Being able to create viable mixtures and ensure these resistances on site and not only in the laboratory is a task for experts and must be controlled throughout the production chain, from the selection of aggregates and certain components, to the selection of concrete plants. around the country and finally the treatment and use of the fresh concrete mix on site and its care so that it achieves the specified hardened concrete.
